Trally Meds LLC is designed to address specific non-emergency medical conditions and concerns. If you believe you are facing a medical emergency, it is essential to dial 911 or contact your local medical provider.

By clicking "Start” and/or “Complete Checkout”, checking any box to signify your acceptance, using any other acceptance protocol presented through the service, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not allowed to use the Trally Meds LLC service. Additionally, by indicating acceptance to these terms and conditions on your behalf, you grant agency authority to any party doing so.

Billing

Provider-Determined Treatments:
Our healthcare providers will assess and determine the appropriate treatments for each patient. Any changes to prescribed therapies will be communicated to you by the provider before any billing occurs. Initial and recurring charges are subject to change based on the provider's prescribed treatment plan.

Initial Order Authorization:
Upon completing the checkout process for your initial order, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment card. This hold is not a charge but a precautionary measure to ensure the validity of your payment method.

Your payment card will only be charged when a prescription is issued by your healthcare provider. The issuance of a prescription triggers the actual payment process for the services provided. This ensures that you are only charged for products and services deemed suitable for your specific healthcare needs.

Subscription Plans:
For your convenience, most treatment plans (excluding 6-month and 12-month supply options) are offered on a subscription basis. You will be automatically charged based on your prescribed treatment plan. This automatic billing will continue until you choose to cancel or until your prescription expires.

Subscription charges will be processed using the payment card provided during the initial order. Charges will occur at the specified intervals based on your treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time without incurring additional fees. You cancel by logging into your member portal or calling us at (888)-985-2726 or via email at info@trallymeds.com

Please note that cancellations made after a subscription charge has been processed will not result in a refund for that billing cycle. However, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after the cancellation is confirmed.

Provider Communication

Our healthcare providers will keep you informed of any changes to your prescribed therapy. Open communication ensures that you are aware of the treatments you are receiving and the corresponding billing details.

Member Portal

IThe member portal provides you with easy access to manage your subscription plan, update payment information, and track your treatment history. Please keep your login credentials secure to prevent unauthorized access

Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact and payment information up to date. Failure to update this information may result in interruptions to your subscription services.

    Changes to These Billing Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms, in whole or in part, at our own discretion at any time. Modifications shall be effective immediately upon the linking of modified Billing Terms to the Site. Please check the “last updated” date at the top of this page to determine if these Billing Terms have been modified since you last reviewed them. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you agree to these updated Billing Terms.
